Currents:

My breakfast included a tortilla, green chile, beans, and fried potatoes. The tomato was extra. This is what breakfast looked like right before I devoured it:

And here is what I got in the mail through Swapbot from Susi Trenery, and I have linked it to her Etsy shop.

Finally, here is my little project of the day:

A Chair!! We've had this sitting in the garage for three years, because it is too 'lime and pink.' Since it was in the 'going to the junkyard' pile, I decided to use it for my own benefit. If you look closely, you can see what I've done. Before, it was a simple on-the-floor chair like this:

We attached a black stool sans-seat to the bottom. Because the original chair was a rocker, we had to put in a piece of wood. It acts as a balance, so that the chair is not leaning back. It is very comfortable!

Between projects, mail, and breakfast, I watched a few movies.

Igby Goes Down was a fantastic movie, although depressing, about a pathological liar who ends up killing his mother, by her wishes. It sounds grotesque, but its very comical. Sort of leaves you feeling depressed though.

Premonition was very very sad. Since it is so new, I won't tell you much about it, but Sandra Bullock is a superb actress.

Running with Scissors was cheesy, depressing, and maniacal all at once. But also, very good.
